At Mon'Art Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor purchases. If a piece doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via our online portal or email with your order number and photos of the item in its current condition.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original Mon'Art protective box and cushioning to ensure it arrives back at our studio without damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Studio

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
